A far cry from generic institutional food, we stay true to our New Orleans roots: on Mondays we always serve red beans and rice, and on Fridays you can get your fill of chicken and seafood gumbo, fried catfish and hushpuppies.
Bruff offers a multitude of delicious and healthy options from which to choose. All freshmen are required to be on a meal plan and they never go hungry with the all-you-can-eat arrangement in Bruff. Daily offerings always include a hot entrée, a sandwich bar, a salad bar, pizza, a made to order pasta bar, an international entrée, fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, a dessert bar with soft serve ice cream, as well as vegan, vegetarian and kosher options.
