Tulane Admission

There is an endless list of activities to become involved in both on Tulane's campus and in the New Orleans community. Tulane academics are challenging, but there is always time to enjoy the campus and the one-of-a-kind surrounding city. At any given time, you can find students studying on the quad, checking out the latest bands at a jazz club in the French Quarter, or rollerblading across the street in the world-famous Audubon Park; and with the average temperature never dropping below 50 degrees, flip flops and shorts are year-round attire!

Tulane students often balance their time between participating in on campus life and enjoying all that the city has to offer. With over 200 campus organizations, students are able to have a meaningful experience outside of the classroom. From club sports to Greek life, a television station to student government, or community service organizations to the bird watching society, Tulane students are never bored! No matter what students choose to become involved in, the Tulane lifestyle in New Orleans is both active and comfortable. Students find it easy to be part of Tulane's campus community, and it is never long before they start calling New Orleans their home.
